Where can I buy a 'therapy stool'?

Does anyone know where I can get a 'therapy stool' - a stool with 4 legs and lockable wheels. The stools are designed primely for physios to attend to their clients, but I've tried one and found it useful to get around the house on. Any ideas where or who I can ask, mo OT wont provide so will have to go private
