Problems starting contact with someone on private messaging

Hi I'm having problems starting a private message with someone on here.

Every time I enter their name, it says that I need to enter a contract name! If I tap on their name on the list of contacts then it doesn't go into the correct box.

I have used this before so I do know how to do it 🤷.

Has anyone else had problems? Is this a blip on the site? Does anyone know how to get it to work please.

🙂 Alison, I totally agree. It must be some specific fault in the system. Every time I try to type a name in it involves a lot of repeated entering until finally ‘something clicks’.

I clicked on your profile, clicked on message, new message box came up, I left To: box blank as your name was underneath anyway

has it worked? It says it's sent
