Please can anyone help.My partner when diagnosed with sca2 was put onto a lighter job and was sent to the work Occ Health. They said he should be reviewed 6 monthly. His workplace have been no help what so ever since. He has been at home for 19 weeks due to covid now sent to another post doing something totally different. This manager doesn't even know what's wrong but can see my partner is struggling so I had to give her a brief.Hes had no risk assessments, had no follow ups with Occ Health and not even been asked how hes coping since late 2018. Hes very wobbly now and has tremors and this whole situation is scaring the hell out of me whilst he is working. He works for the local council and the union rep says he has had reasonable adjustments!!!! He is all for the council so useless.Anyone have any ideas please.

It is worth insisting on another OH assessment- even by phone. Also look up Access To Work. People with disabilities can get a grant of up to £60k a year for things like special equipment, taxis or a personal assistant. Worth a look. Good luck ❤️

I’ll ask him if he can provide any wisdom, but it sounds (I’ve looked back at some of your previous posts) like we have lot in common and if you want to offload, please don’t hesitate to contact me...
