good solution magnesium...is it lower legs or thighs?i suffer from ataxia have weird experiences, when exercise as if realigned muscles in the hips...cramping and thighs....if high bp, normal lower legs, esp. night, so called electrolytes...gathering crystals and causing cramping....if serious bother, stopping sleeping seriously think MUSCLE RELAXANT, exercise helps evening, meditation.
