Hello, I use Bestahistine. I asked the doctor if I could have a break from 3 of my tablets (only because couldn't get to the chemist to pick up my blister pack and was without for 3 days and felt GOOD). She agreed! However had to go back to it as was feeling dreamlike and off balance so back on it. It's good stuff I think.

I was prescribed betahistine for balance, partly due to an inner ear problem- was taking twice a day for years but stopped it recently as changing my diet improved my balance when walking. I now eat more fruit n veg n really cut back on processed foods/sugary food x

Hi princess

I used betahistine for about 4 months end of last year for supposedly Labrinthitus I saw a specialist in December he didn't think it was the right diagnosis I came off of these after the heavy head pressure went with in a few days I didn't realise how much this was making my symptoms worse until I came off of them
