Hi Simon 111
There are many variables to consider when looking and thinking about blood results, for example units used and symptoms experienced by the patient. I would urge you to get in touch with your GP for full interpretation if you are concerned. However if a blood result requires further, immediate attention the GP surgery would contact you and tell you so.
Best wishes

Hi Simon111
I did make an earlier post about B12 deficiency but it would seem that the current test used can be up to 90% inaccurate because it measures all types of B12 in the blood and not just the ones we need. I'd seen the information in a recent book and was following through on some of the studies it mentions and that was the latest (I think in 2015).
There appears to be lots of problems with B12 diagnosis and treatment.
I also have FA-I don't know much about the right level of B12 but I would run it by his consultant-don't waste time querying with GP-they are good for many things but not FA it's too rare!! Sorry can't be of more use!
Get gluten, sugar/carbs and milj out of his diet. Ficus on lots of good fats and protein. Of course lots of veggies.

Good luck!!
B12 is important for creating new cellsand healing. With the right food and supplements your son will ger his balance :))
Thank you Maysan
I did do yesterday I sent a query but I got reply saying they can't help with friedrichs ataxia and couldn’t offer any advice
:)) i have never asked them. I just read theire reports and use the best. If u think of optimising his system instead of info just on fredriechs ataxia. If your son doesnt have good tarmflora he cant get healed.
See a good homeopath. Dr Mercola gives us the best info to get optimized.
I am my best doctor and i try to learn from the best.
