NHS Nottingham City CCG is engaging with members of the public to help shape their Commissioning Strategy for 2016-2020. In their words:

"It is very important that we enable everyone within Nottingham City to have an opportunity to contribute but to do this, we need your support. We would be grateful if you could spare 5 minutes and complete the short online survey which is open until 12 August 2016."

I think this time round the survey is aimed at people living in the Nottingham area. However I'll be sure to keep the Ataxia UK page updated if similar surveys are highlighted in other areas!
