What do you all about the government looking into changing PIP for a voucher scheme ? Great idea I think I’ll make sure I get a voucher for something useful like a new pair of football boots or some running shoes.

The mind boggles 🤪.

Hi Louise

The Government is thinking of trying to cut the benefits bill including looking at PIP and introducing a voucher scheme although I really think people with pip will be ok.

Just another pathetic idea that has no chance of working.

I think its going be be announced at the end of this month.

Hi Paul. Sounds a nutty idea. I'm on the Scottish higher rate ADP (equivalent of PIP). Not sure how this voucher scheme would work regarding exchanging voucher for notability car?

Might not apply in Scotland.

PIP stands for Personal Independence Payment. It's an untaxed disability payment for those who need it most. I'm Scotland we have an equivalent called ADP (Adult Disability Payment)
