HI EVERYONE I would appreciate anyones experience as you know I have copd for the last few weeks my chest has a tight feeling don't think any infection my mucus always clear I've have become more breathless as well when being active I don't feel bad as such I was thinking is it trimbow think being on it roughly nearly 3 years give or take its just getting on me nerves sorry to be pain thankyou

Hi. If you chest is clear but feels tight. If you are becoming more breathless when active - I think you need some advice from you GP or Nurse. If you have been on Trimbow for 3 years - Why would that be the cause now?

I would talk to GP or Nurse, or see what HU Helpline says - Not sure their open hours. 0300 222 5800

Humidity and heat can make us more symptomatic.could mod-high weed pollens be irritating chest? I take antihistamines+ increase salbutamol.do contact gp if concerned x

Hi Tara, I agree. I think you should get the gp to listen to your lungs just to rule out infection. Then it might be just a case of needing a course of steroid. Does it help when you use your ventolin or Salamol (the blue inhaler)? I recommend the GP, breathlessness isn't always due to our lungs. Good luck, help line opens 09.15 to 5pm, Mon-Fri

Hi,The weather is not helping. I'm struggling some days. I'm also on Trimbow and almost the same problems like you. I think it's the quick changing weather that causes me trouble and then all the other "triggers" seem to hit me harder.

I also noticed that when I struggle with the weather my blue inhaler doesn't work very well.
