Has anybody tried Lignosus to ease breathing. I believe it's a natural supplement . I'm looking for natural alternatives to ease my COPD , mucous and cough Thanks 😊

lignosus or milk thistle is a complement treatment very popular in the far East, I’m not aware of any formal studies into its benefits. However like all complementary treatments if it helps you and makes you feel better then that’s a benefit. It’s all ways worth checking with a reputable therapist to make sure it’s right for you first.

I tried Lungwort from British Supplements which I think is the same sort of thing and found them helpful but soild ask your gp before taking x

I believe it's from the Tiger Milk mushroom/ fungi. You may find more information in older posts and replies by using the search bar for both Tiger Milk and Lignosus . I expect it's used in Chinese Herbalism as it's grown in the far East.

Personally I wouldn't fancy it but suggest you check with a pharmacist that you can take it alongside other medication. Sometimes things don't mix.
