Lignosus

Hi all,Just wondered if anyone has heard of or tried Lignosus?

Apparently made of mushrooms and doesn't affect medication.

Seems to get good reviews although not cheap.

I have just had a good read about it. In the midst of the pseudo medical terms that they use there seems to be the claim that it helps to thin mucus so that the lungs can be cleared. Much like the action of carbocysteine or nacsys. If you try it do let us know how you go on.

I haven't heard of this one before and as LP says it sounds a bit like something that thins the mucus, it would be interesting to see if it works for you and how long it takes, perhaps keep a diary and let us know, if it works we may all be buying it x

Thanks for getting backI'm a bit reluctant to give it a go

as I no nothing about it I'm hoping someone will reply that has tried it.

And need to be sure it doesn't react with any other medication we might be taking

Hallo. I've tried it for about 4 or 5 months a couple of years ago but it made no difference to me and it's pretty expensive so I stopped it.
