Has anyone had any nasty side effects from this new spring vaccination, I always had Pfizer in the past but was told that nobody was, only the spikevax was available. I had no side effects from Pfizer in the past, but have had a few from Spikevax.I hope everyone is coping with this warmer weather.

I had the Spikevax a month ago.

It really knocked me for 6.

I’m just starting to return to normal.

I was very dizzy and my rheumatoid athritis was worse.i ended up with a chest infection,I ended up taking my rescue meds..

I need to try and return to the gym and do some walking. I feel the Spike vax really set me back.

If that’s all that’s available next time,I plan to refuse it.

I hope everyone is coping with the warm weather x

Vaccine side effects were worse than covid for me this time they have not even requested I go for one yet,and this heat is a little bit intense when you have a lung condition

I'I'm not sure which vaccine I had last time, but had my first ever allergic reaction to a jab, wheezing, big rash and so light headed thought I was going to pass out. My GP has recommended that I don't risk having any more Covid ones.

I had the worst sore arm I’ve ever had, but aside from that it was the one I reacted to the least.

My mum, who has copd, was really ill for a couple of days after this vaccination. Her breathing was a lot worse, headache, generally feeling not right. Her arm was sore, but if it had just been that she would have coped fine. I'm not sure she's keen to go for another covid vaccination after this one.

Having covid can be far worse though ending up with hospitalisation.

Hi Berryhead,

I just checked to see if this was the vaccine I had, last October. It was. I had really bad side effects from this one, that went on for weeks. It even affected my eyesight - very blurred. My breathing was awful and I had a lot of muscular pains. I certainly will not have it again. It was frightening!

I was a bit off for a few days. Just found soft play places a bit harder to do than usual and was tired. X

I had it and was perfectly fine. No side effects at all.

moderna spike vax

not had that before . i think it needs mor purefying

.i have had many vaccines over 35 years working with infective materials of different sorts and never had anything more than a sore arm .

Except once when the whole lab had really bad reactions. flu like but worse . we were told that they had inactivated the organism using acetone . not the usual method !. experimenting on the staff !

tried to report it to yellow card but found a lot of info but not able to enter my reaction.

it just wouldnt acceptit although I knew batch and date details .

I won’t be having any more covid vaccinations now that we know more about the downsides and the risks.
