Is anyone else suffering with sweats ? First 2 jabs were AZ with no side effects apart from a sore arm. Had the Pfizer booster and heck, have I been suffering. Headache, tiredness and horrid sweats. Its now two weeks and the headaches have subsided but the sweats continue although my temp is low to normal.
Any thoughts ?

Hi Anniecheney, have you maybe picked up an infection? Have you done a lateral flow test? Could be worth contacting your GP and explain what’s going on. Hope you feel much better soon. Xxx
It may be the booster or as sassy says an infection. I was fine after the Pfyzer booster but very unwell after the first AZ vaccine, the after effects lasted some 3 weeks. Hope you soon feel better.
Thanks all. I don't think it's an infection as I feel ok between the sweats o more extra cuppas and paracetamol then? Just miserable that it's gone on so long. On the upside I must be saving a fortune on heating ☺️
I had the same jabs as you Annie. Feverish for 48 hours after booster, if it had gone into a 3rd day I'd have cracked open the paracetamol but it didn't. Was absolutely fine. Drink plenty of fluids
Hi Annie, I had the same jabs as you. After the Pfizer booster I had no side effects for three weeks but since then I have been getting sudden hot sweats. I have to quickly take off my jumper to cool down. I did a lateral flow and it was negative. I’ve been wondering what’s been going on but maybe it is from the booster.
I was quite unwell after the booster for a week or so and my arm was swollen and red for days. I suffer sweats anyway but did notice they were more noticable after the booster. Hope it wears off soon x
I'm sorry to hear that. Remember to report it to your GP so they can register it on the yellow card system.I sympathize with the sweats, they're awful.
