I’ve been following your posts.
How are you feeling today . Xxx
Unfortunately I'm still not well Haven't been out for months. I was referred to the Visual ward team who don't seem to understand my needs. All they do is want me to have aids to make life easier ,whereas i want to get better .
I had an echocardiogramme on March 8th still waiting for results.
I am beginning to think I will never leave the house again and so depressed.
Still on oxygen 24/7 which is restricting me.
Thanks for your concern ,hope you are well take care . Sheila xx
I’m sad to hear you are still struggling.
It must be awful for you not going out,I know you like shopping.
Is it possible that someone could take you out in the car, just to get some air.
When Iwas really struggling with lung fibrosis/lupus/ autoimmune stuff. We used to go out in the car, sometimes w didn’t even get out of the car.
The blue badge was a godsend,he could park as near as possible to coffee shop etc.
I’m sorry if mu suggestion upsets you,
Talking about about aids, perhaps you could see them as a way forward to getting back to your normal.
When I was first diagnosed they prescribed abed rest,it was huge !
I don’t know where my husband was supposed to sleep,we ve got a king size bed, this back rest took up 3/4 of the bed. I sent it back.
Ive now got an assortment of aids following breaking my hip, some are useful,if they are not useful they go in the spare room
Unfortunately we have steps out of my house to my drive. I am unable to get to my car. I am breathless walking on the flat . Being bedridden for months as unable to climb stairs my muscles have weakened. I need help to get my strength back not a stick. Take care lots of love Sheila xx
Hello. I saw this and wondered if you might benefit from some leg exercises, to strengthen them. I know it’s very difficult when you’re breathless, and you won’t be able to do all of these, but I’ve found some of the chair-based ones quite useful. nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/s...
Also, although you don’t want a stick, perhaps look on it as a temporary solution. If it helps you start walking a little way, your leg muscles will strengthen & then you can throw it away 😊
Never heard of JCC2 BERNARDINE. Beware
Hello Garshe. JPC2 is a member of this community. They replied to your " Anxiety" post a couple of weeks ago. Hope that helps. 🦋
I have found the lady now thanks .was concerned incase it was a man xx.Sheila xx
Am pleased you managed to find JPC2 and that it has put your mind at rest. Hope you are having a good day. 🦋
I'm pleased Cariad-y-Mor was able to help. I also looked up JPC2 and found she had replied to you. It is worrying, I had someone send me a message once. No details on their profile, I didn't reply and reported them to admin. Can't be too careful. I hope you are feeling better these days and still able to get out for your exercise aka shopping 😀🛍️. You always look fabulous, I love your dress sense.
Take care. Love Jackie x
Yes I didn't know who it was as messaging me was strange. She is a lady and is OK and only concerned about me. I am still struggling and unable to go out . My Respiratory team are calling and trying to get me back to going out etc. The panic attacks have got worse unfortunately. Hopefully I will get to enjoy my shopping trips again .take care xx.Sheila💕
Hi 🙋♀️ garshe and my panic attacks and depression have got the better of me and my Respiratory Nurse and Con are trying to get me to leave my flat. It so blinking easy for 99% of folk but that fact alone will put me into a panic. 😥😢😭🙈🙉🙊. Wishing you well, . ..🐿😷 😘.
I totally understand as I was out and about every day on my shopping trips which was my excercise also. After my Hospital stay which was one month ago now, I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. This makes me extremely breathless and really scary. I have only been out once in the last month and that was quite an ordeal, I don't want a repeat. My Respiratory team are calling next week to help me with my breathing as I either hold my breath or breathe too fast, which sends my heart rate over 100. This then causes a panic attack. I'm praying I can sort this out as I know I am causing the problem by overthinking. .
Hope you will overcome your fear very soon and be able to leave your house again.
Lots of love xx.Sheila ❤️
Hi again. Many thanks for such a swift reply 🦋 and youve hit the nail on head by admitting you do such "overthinking " that you cause your breathing to fluctuate , (from Respiratory Nurses text books), from fight or flight. I'm sure another member will enlighten us, as to which one gives us adrenaline, which puts you and I in a major panic!!! 🐿😷😘x
Glad you managed to track this member down. I have had a few funny messages from people , new members that have just joined, I never reply but report them x
Not sure one should be suspicious of anyone without good cause. If someone replies…good chance they have the same condition as us. Personally I don’t mind if a man or woman or gender neutral wants to interact with me!
Apologies for getting so late to your post. I am so sorry that things have been difficult for you since coming home from hospital. I haven't been on the forum much. It is so sad that you are not able to get out. It means so much to you and we all love your purchases and seeing you modelling them. I am sure it will get better.
Lots of love

Unfortunately still unable to go out. I am waiting for call back from Dr. My Respiratory team called Thursday and noticed when I was hospitalised The blood tests showed my Thyroid was still very low. This was 15th September and no one has picked up on it. Iam hoping the Dr will increase my medication I am on 50mg and Respiratory nurse says I should be on at least 125/150 mg. This is making my oxygen drop so praying the Dr will listen and agree. Hope you are well xx.Sheila 🙏 🤞💕
