Any help would be good didnt have a clue what copd is now thanks to this site im a bit more informed just had chest x rays waiting for results .

Hi Jacquie, I also have just been told I have COPD. I have found this site fantastic for any info and support that you need. My doctor basically told me I had this, gave me a few basic facts, a couple of inhalers and that was that. I'm still trying to learn all that I can and this is the place to be. Good luck.

Good Morning and welcome! I care for my husband who has severe COPD - the good news is you can still have a great life just a little slower! If you have any worries ask on here, there are lots of lovely people who will help you. AND there is the BLF helpline and the nurses will be able to offer advise too. You can Call the BLF Helpline on 03000 030 555 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). So dont worry or be anxious! Lots of love TAD xx
