I'll leave you all on peace as you must have been sick of my updates. Home now and learning to cope with having a bath etc without oxygen..
I do feel I've been given a new lease of life and the outcome could have been fatal even.
Thanks again for all your replies, too many to answer individually.
Had my Steak and chips and endless cups of tea all supplied by my lovely Hubby.
Think he is looking for a good hiding place for the Debit Card as he knows I'll be out on my much loved shopping trips , Retail Therapy is a must lol
Take care everyone and remember if you have Severe COPD like myself your oxygen should be 88/91 and not make the same mistake as myself thinking high oxygen level is good.
It can even effect the brain and had started to affect me I.e lethargic , brain fog ,depression.. very high heart rate, panic attacks and many more . after 3 weeks on 24/7 oxygen almost caused irreversible damage.
I am now oxygen free after 4yrs absolutely amazing.
Back to my oldself and appreciating every second. I do believe in manifestation. If you can see it you can make it happen and I willed myself back . Be Positive everyone. Lots of love xxSheila ๐๐๐๐

Great to hear U are feeling so good Sheila.yr story is a good reminder that 02 is a treatment available only on prescription, to b taken only as prescribed x
I was prescribed it 3yrs ago . Bay water delivered it. I was never told I could overdose though.Anyway now oxygen free thanks to support and fantastic treatment at hospital.
My sats are 90/91 which is excellent before I would have put oxygen on to raise this unbelievable the damage I could have caused
I cant blame anyone only myself as no one told me to put oxygen on 24/7 thought I knew better .
All sorted now and reality grateful to everyone that sorted ut take care xxSheila ๐ท๐โ

Good Morning Sheila , now that sounds more like the real you. Close call I would say but still time left for you to raid that credit card and get some nice shoes . And another bonus you can do it without Oxygen after four years. But still take care and do things at your own pace. I bet your hubby had a shock so do not give him another one . I can just smell that steak in my mind yum yum. Best wishes to you both xx

Hi Garshe. A lady after my own heart. Iโm afraid Iโm a shopaholic too. Itโs just got to be done. Most of my shopping is on line now because there just arenโt the shops anymore.
Well done on getting better. Letโs hope it continues. Xx
After seeing your pretty boots and matching handbag I was inspired to buy two new pink bags โฆ.now I will have to make more effort to go out and use them . My next hospital appointment ?
So glad you are on the mend , carry on inspiring me .
Hello Sheila. As usual I am late to the party. I am truly sorry to hear you've been under the weather and worse requiring hospital admission. I truly hope you will continue to feel better and be back to your shopping therapy very soon. Much love to you. Cas xx โค๏ธ
Thanks Cas. Lovely to hear from you. I am on the mend and adjusting to the no oxygen which is fantastic. To think I caused everything by being stupid and using my oxygen 24/7. I was causing so much damage and making my symptoms worse.
We live and learn and I am so grateful I was admitted to hospital and everything sorted before irreversible damage.
Hope you are Well and Chom , I do think about you often as you have been a great inspiration to me with your Positivity Have a lively day, lots of love xxSheila ๐โ๐
