Has anyone bought one of these devices?

If so, are they any good?

Thanks.

Is there any particular device that you are wondering about .I have tried a few different ones.

Some are not suitable for everyone .

You could ask for advice from the BLF helpline if you are an UK resident on 03000 030 555.

If you know the name of the device , type it into the search box on the top right hand corner of this page , and past replies will come up.

Best wishes, I am sure you will get more answers soon .

Thank you. Very helpful.

I saw a chest physio last week and she asked what I use. Aerobika she said thats what they recommend and I find it better than a flutter. It's adjustable resistance and you can use it lying down.

To be honest my chest physio is not much of a fan. She did say get the airobiki but she said breathing techniques were just as good. However as we all are individuals a number of people find them helpful.

I swear by my acapella device but its for mucus clearance and lung strength

I swear by my AeroByka, which proved very efficient at clearing mucus when I was very ill. Doctors can prescribe these gadgets if they feel they are appropriate.
