My husband crashed this afternoon while I was there. They got him back and he on the way to St Thomas’s his kidney has started to fail. He has pneumonia. I am cross at the moment because if he been treated with antibiotics sooner none of this would have happened x

Update on just when you think things could not get any worse
Praying for your dear husband alyvonne and hope he pulls through. Such a worry for you. Love and hugs xxx💜🤗
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband alyvonne xx
I'm so sorry to hear that I hope he recovers very soon and with your support I'm sure he will 🧡💜
Oh god, bad to worse. Praying all goes well for him. GPs gave a great deal to answer for, I dont know how some of them can sleep at night. Thinking of you and your husband xxxxx P
PS if its a small consolation my brother in law had a kidney removed by keyhole surgery in December 2020 and he's doing really well on the one left. (It was cancer found early).
Thank you
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband, I hope he starts to prove and you can get him back home so have a good night and take care 😊 Bernadette and Jack 🐕 xxxxxx

Oh dear I am so sorry to hear about your dear hubby. Praying he pulls through. Sending caring hugs and prayers to you alyvonne. It must be so stressful for you. 🌹💕
Hi alyvonne. So sorry about your husband. Thinking of you both and hoping he will be okay John
So understand why you feel angry about all this. You and your husband are both in my thoughts and prayers, hoping for his speedy recovery.
Something similar happened to me a year last October. It was the pneumonia that had me rushed into hospital. The kidney damage was discovered after blood tests. I have been on permanent antibiotics ever since. The culprit was an over active immune system. I hope they sort him out soon.
No wonder you feel cross! I would too in your position. Now, let's focus on your husband's recovery and send all the positive vibes we can to him (and you). Wishing him well and sending virtual hugs to you both ((((( ❤️ ))))) xx Moy
Thank you Moy xxx
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your hubby, do hope all goes well for him. Xxx
So sorry to hear this, thinking of you and your husband x x x
So sorry to hear that, I hope he gets the treatment he so desperately needs and is soon well on the road to recovery. I hope you have some support and are taking care of yourself as well. Love to you both. X
Sorry to hear about your husband. Wishing him a speedy recovery.Big hugs to you both ((( )))
Thank you x
So sorry to hear this. Sounds as though there has been a lack on someone's part. I had a kidney removed in 2008 and have had nothing adverse happen since (to the extent that I forget I've had it done). All best wishes and hugs.
Best wishes alyvonne. Reluctance on the part of GPS to prescribe antibiotics is all very well but when a patient really needs them it can be disastrous but they don't seem to do enough checks to differentiate between the two. My husband ended up with pneumonia a couple of years ago because the GP kept saying it was just a virus that would pass. It wasn't and it didn't. I hope your husband gets the treatment he needs.
Thinking of you both Alyvonne and wishing your husband a full recovery. So stressful for you and as you say he should have had those antibiotics earlier. St Thomas’ is a great hospital so he is in good hands. Jax🐶x
Thank you x
I hope that you already have news of your husband’s improvement. You are both in my thoughts and lots of love. Grace
Thank you Grace xx
