I'm prescribed Candesartan and Diltiazem for my Angina. Is it safe to take them both as my BP has dropped quite a bit.

Really you need to speak to your gp to discuss this. We shouldn’t advise in this capacity. If speaking to your gp is difficult then your pharmacist could also help because they have the necessary training and knowledge about medications. However they may well say you need to speak to gp.
Just read your earlier post and see you are just recovering from heart surgery. I would have thought your consultant would have expressed concern about your medications if there is a worry. HOWEVER errors do occur and in view of the circumstances I strongly advise you to speak with your gp as soon as possible.
How about out of hours service as it is a Sunday evening and they maybe able to arrange for you to speak to someone from your GP surgery who can help with this. We have a MIU at our local district hospital and we have to ring them and they arrange for you to meet with a doc there. Or have you got a local walk-in-centre?
Bevvy has given you sound advice, you need to speak to a health professional. Best of luck. John
