I am on Trimbow and have had no problems but I do brush my teeth and tongue thoroughly after using it, as recommended. If you are worried you could ask about a different inhaler or go back on the one you had before if it was satisfactory. Your experience sounds miserable.
Well you have been thru a lot, Spiriva Respimat is actually a liquid format and Trimbow is available as a liquid in a portable inhaler device, like all inhalers they do cause thrush and/or Candida. I know it can become a pest, each morning I have to clean my tongue with a tongue scraper and then clean my teeth and use an antibacterial mouth wash.
You also have another issue with cystitis/cyts which only your doctor can deal with.
I have a regular daily program in that I take certain vitamins and minerals and will be going on a Stem Cell Therapy Treatment, not sure if that will work, but I will try whatever I can to be able to deal with my health issues.
Right now I have been using Spiriva, with Fostair inhaler, I only use my Ventolin when I really need it, and I also have a nebuliser that I use with salbutamol vials, but again, I have not needed to use that for a few months. My problem is my weight and that makes it harder for me to walk anywhere as I become very breathless and affects my freedom of life, so I have not been out of the house since March 2020. So that is why I am going to try the Stem Cell Therapy and see what happens.
Have a talk with your doctor or even pharmacist for an antifungal treatment they may have available.
Hope you feel better soon and that you get the help that you need
Im on Tiotropium, Ventalin and Seretide, I had some deterioation when put on generic brands so was put back on the branded ones as they were best...(?)i also take an antifungal (Fluconazole) each night and have never been troubled by thrush in the past 6 years.
