Hi Julie , How are you? I got an email advising me to limit my contacts and not go to the shops, chemist , work etc. As far as I was aware the government are not advising full shielding like before as it is damaging to mental health.

I have had letter and email. I know not meant to be full shielding but really only a few differences to last time. I can go for a walk (was doing that when I could) oh and no mention of not taking rubbish to bins!! As I live alone I did take rubbish to bins - always wash hands afterwards so didn’t see issue!! Lol.

Mine states i can do exercise on my own & thats it. My employer also wants me to shield as im often in hospital with flare ups. I am working from home but would usually be in odd days on duty but now cannot do duty as that means going into office.

Pete’s not had a letter but that’s ok as we’re going nowhere. I shop all year round so Christmas is more or less sorted. We have our delivery slot booked for Christmas too so all good.

You stay safe and well Julie. Take care xxx😘

Stay safe and well.

Am still awaiting shielding letter which work needs in order to pay me.

The letter in June said would remain on shielding list so will give it another day or two before panic mode sets in!

Glad you got yours .

Hi Julie, How strange I too have bronch and asthma and I have received a letter from Boris and the rest of the Government telling me to take care but I do not have to shield unless I want to. If you feel safe and you want to go out, then you can go out. Take care of yourself, Maximonkey
