Relvar and Sleeping Disoder

Does Relvar give you a sleeping issue? Does it help if you use the inhaler in the morning. My MD put me on Respimat and Relvar ( one puff each before bedtime).

I couldn't get on with Relvar but I do take 24 hour inhaler meds in the morning.

The only one I take before bed is a 12 hour broncodilater.

My Spiriva respimat dose is 2 puffs once daily.

Check again with your GP, 1 puff each before bed !

The information leaflets that come with the inhaler meds are quite informative, also check the label the pharmacist attaches to the inhaler meds.

I have been switched to revlar. Very convenient to use but my breathing is so much worse . I blamed the restraint of not being allow ed out but , do walk around the house for exercise and live upstairs in 3 storey house so regard stairs as exercise too

. So boring doing 12 yds a lap round the ground floor . But i cannot sleep more than 4 1/2 hrs . What was your problem with revlar ? Syobelee mentions sleep. Was your sleep affected? My concentration is now hopeless too. But is that effect of lockdown

Thanks for info

I found the Relvar didn't help me breathe as easy as my old inhaler med, I don't recall my sleep being affected.

I started on revlar 3 months ago but didnt think about that causing or exacerbating my sleep problem. Go to bed lare at midnight and still wake up after 4/5 hrs. Take revlar in morning only . How about you? Why are you unhappy with it?

My breathing is so much worse but that might be down to lack of exercise. My mobility is worse and that is due to lack of exercise . Just exercising around house is not enough. I did lung rehab course , and that improved my mobility tremendously.

All physio suspended now . I need a treadmill again
