Hello nottowell. I was put on Relvar Elipta 92/ 22 for my excess coughing in a morning and it's helped me enormously. Try speaking to your Respiratory nurse and see what they say. You may need another type. Brian

We are all different and react differently to medications. I stopped Relvar as an experiment and the mucus went with it. I think, for me, steroid inhalers were not necessary and in fact counter-productive. For many others though they improve their breathing. I think it can be trial and error to see what suits you best.

I'm fine with Relvar, but we are all different and need to try various inhalers until we find one that suits us.

Hello nottowell.I'm new to here. I have blue inhaler and now causing me mucus in my throat. Only been on it a couple of months due to a Left Lung being removed so only one lung left on left side this is because I had cancer in top lung on left side in march this year and had it all removed in April so very breathless since operation but I will get in contact with GP for mucus on my throat after reading your post. Thank you. Jojoclown.
