Check the information leaflet that comes with the med.

Personally it never worked for me but I know it does for others. Likewise not all experience any or all side affects.

Hope you find the information helpful.

Thank you for your'e reply. It's the breathing problem I am worried about also my lower legs are very painful and hard, truthfully, must admit I am scared of it. Spoke to my nurse about it and all she said was "give it another 10 days"

Thanks CaptainPugwash I am speaking to my nurse on Wednesday and see what she thinks about me changing to that, I have seriously had enough of it all now, I'm going upstairs on hands and knees because I can't breathe properly. Take care

I've been on RELVAR for years with NO adverse effect whatsoever, and though initially I was reluctant to try it - though I'm left with 1/4 pulmo capacity I did not want to depend on medication -, when it got to the point that I could not make it from one room to another I started taking it and it really helps a lot. A some point last year I tried to switch to Trimbow (easier to inhale), but I could not stand it, my hands were shaking like crazy + vague feeling of anxiety. So you see it's very personal, changes so much from one person to another !!!

thanks for you’re reply. That’s the point I am at now, cannot move from room to room especially upstairs. problem is, I have not been able to see anybody about it due to lockdown. also my legs are very swollen which does not help

You really should try to walk a little, even if it's hard, otherwise the blood cannot flow back up from the feet ... This is very personal, not sure it can work for others, but my legs have been swelling much less since I've gone vegan ! and I think relvar also helps with that.

hi, that is really good advice. i’ve been trying to work out whether the Relvar has been causing my legs to swell or the carbocisteine . From what you have just said, it sounds as though it could be the latter. I also have started to cut down on meat

Had to stop relvar almost as soon as I started it due to breathlessness and coughing. I felt really quite ill.
