Had bypass heart surgery 10 months ago, since then I haven't smoked. I have terrible shortness of breath since then. I thought maybe its due to the fact that I stopped smoking. I am now wondering if it could be due to the surgery. I went to my doctor and they informed me that my lungs went from 49% to 70%, but doctor gave no reason why I am so short of breath.
