Speak to respertory nurse at the hospital you are under. Our hospital gave us one as they say on loan you sign a form to say you will look after it and hand it back when not needed.

Why are people who need nebulisers having to them?
ASk GP or local community matrons and you ought to get one free to be serviced once a yearfree by the NHS.
Thanks.
I agree with above, if you need a nebuliser then this will be supplied by your local hospital. Contact your GP or respiratory nurse. Good luck.
