Long time no seeπ€ The long trips to Wythenshawe, the biopsies, scans and 5 months of stress are now over. Because of all your advice and my own thoughts and reasoning, the 1.5cm nodule in my right lung has disappeared!!! And to think they wanted to give me Radiotherapy π«It's such a relief to hear I do not have cancer again! I am now enjoying a single malt whisky!π₯ Thank you all so much for your advice and encouragement β€ππΎπ₯π€YIPPEE !!!

Hi Gingerapple, You must be so elated! Your excitement has reached me here in South Wales. I am so delighted for you. I feel like celebrating with you.
πYay! So pleased for you. Iβve got an idea of the relief you feel...after tests, ct scans and bronchoscopies, my husband had a date fixed for a lobectomy, with doubtful outcome, when pathology dept said Think again, no cancer here!
Enjoy that scotch, might have one myself a bit later π₯ cheers, Gingerapple! Well done you π

What wonderful news for you.I too had problems with the dreaded nodules so I can empathise. It's such a relief when the little devils shrink or disappear. xx
Yes!! A few people here said their nodules had disappeared or shrunk but I didn't think that would happen to me and all the doctors saying I had a slow-growing cancer again! I am so glad I waited and had another scan :)) I wonder what they really are? The doctor said they were scars? or inflammations? All's well that ends well! I am so happy, and I hope you are well?? Loads of hugs, Bev xxx
What amazing news Gingerapple . I remember all the angst you went through, so I join the others in saying "HIP HIP HOORAY" !!!!!! πππππ xx
Thank you Cas, Angst is a normal reaction having lost one lung and so many doctors in Wythenshawe wanting to use Radiotherapy immediately! I'm ecstatic about the outcome of waiting cautiously! I hope you're well, Casππππ
