Ecg scan

Hi its Alice here,had my ecg scan this morning ,radiograph said she could see nothing that wrong ,she mentioned no leak what ever that ment ,of corse consultant with have to read results ,radiographers have a good idea though ,thank God as I though I had heart failure,so I dont no what is the course of my swollen feet and anckles, I think it is long term steroid inhailers ,I also think they give me night sweats .thank you all for listening

I retain more fluids when I have a lot of salt in my diet - this means I have to cook without salt and eat micro meals and take aways very rarely. I also avoid too much high salt food such as cheese, ham, salted fish, etc. It can make the difference of a kilo of fluid weight a day.

Wow ,I must admit I like my salt ,not from fast food or take aways occasionally, must watch it in future thank you ergend
