Can anyone tell me what is classed as a high or very high result in number terms plz, thank you

If you mean high or low on a ecg you dont get high or low results its determined by the ecg strip. Difficult one to answer.

490 what? ECG stands for electrocardiogram, for recording electrical activity in the heart. Is this what you mean?

Yes I no it does I'm in Royal Brompton at mo a normal ecg reading is 450 so yes mines high, it's the strip reading, heart pumps at normal rate the higher the reading the slower your heart pumps then cardiac arrest, or so they tell me 😀

Id love to know what 490 on a ecg is. Ecg is taken of the heart. Its the waves that are read. Was it definately an ecg ?

Yes definitely ecg I'm in hospital at mo having them 4 hourly lol a normal reading is 450 it's the line reading,
