I have a hospital appointment in April and that's a 24 minute journey! But either way, when the Treatment is done I can recover in the Easter school holidays Ern! Pray all goes well for you tomorrow Ern π₯°π
Yes good before Easter, over and done with, I have an appointment for a TULA next week, but just a 15 -20 minute drive to local hospital, so that is no problem, if to sunny for my eye, near enough to get a taxi - So next weeks not a problem likr this.
I love your tranquil paintings. They cheer the soul and thatβs badly needed with all the sadness we hear on the news. Itβs a nuisance youβve got to go so far on Tuesday when you could be seen locally, but I do hope it all goes well.
Absolutely beautiful the colours are superb, so uplifting, thank you for sharing Ern..Just a thought regarding your long journey on Tuesday Ern , perhaps maybe you could give the person who sent you the letter a phone today & ask would it be possible to to go to your local hospital for your echo as that is normally where you always go, I do remember that happened to me too quite some time ago, & when I contacted them, I. got my appointment changed to my local hospital, there would be no harm in asking Ern, as it is such a long journey way out of bounds for you, just explain that to them, perhaps someone has made an error on sending you there, whatever happens, Ern I wish you well , you are in my thoughts and prayers π & may God bless you always..Primrose123..(Maria) π xx
Thank you Maria I have mananged to get patient transport sa I can;t drive far with WMV and not al att if raining. I was going to try and go a swap of venue, but could have been another two years, Like you my local hospital is large and do acho CT Scan and a full endoscopy unit - But cargiology don;t seem to care, xx
πDelighted to hear that Ern, that will be much better for you getting patient transport... If in future you have to travel any distance for treatment, just ask for patient transport.. . Best wishes for tomorrow Ern, I'm sure that all willπ be well for you..π(Maria) xx
Peaceful painting Ern very appropriate at the moment. I am constantly being sent to many different hospitals. When I phoned the booking line to explain that I am a pensioner, with no car and have to rely on public transport, they weren't interested and said if I cancel then I would probably wait twice as long for another appointment. All the appointments could be done at my local hospital but wonder if they are just fully booked. Hope all goes well for you x
Hi Izb1, Sorry to hear that you got a very negative response when you called th e booking office regarding your hospital appointment's, I guess, like every walk of life you get good, bad & indifferent everywhere Izb1,, You have probably just been unfortunate that you got the wrong person when you called the booking office who clearly as you say showed no interest, but I have to add that the majority of advisors in the booking office do try & be helpful I find.. Primrose 123..x
Hi Izb1 thank you for both ., I have wated severalmonths forthis, I have VMV in one eye and don't drive far - They rang me and said a car had been arranged, I was going to go in a taxi. in past I have had this ECHO and always at local hospital - I won't know tomorrowbut my GP willget these results because she referred me,,x
Another great one Ern, love the colours , as always , but I particularly like the gulls and the surf foaming over the beach Good luck tomorrow, I hope everything goes well x
