I've never been told that. I'm currently in hospital, pneumonia, pseudomonas infection and bronchiectasis.

My drug regime includes both inhaled and oral steroids

Hi honey I do exactly the same thing I take my inhaled steroids inhaler with my steroids so don't understand who and why they have told you that maybe you should ask more questions best wishes x

I remember reading something like that, but I think it added "if you can avoid it" which in most cases we can't. Life is full of choosing the lesser of two evils, our's in particular. I hope you are soon feeling better. 🌹

Well if you've never been told not to use both at the same time, you've never been given the wrong information...

Hmmmm, many people are told to take the ventolin first to open airways and then the preventer inhaler.
