what do you recomend using for boosting system ive been getting colds lately not real bad but not pleasant either does anyone know the best thing to use?

I take vit D, C, E , zinc and fish oil and avoid under 5s!

I take CQ10,garlic,B1,C,D3 and turmeric. Hope this helps.

This winter, I’ve been taking vit C plus zinc at first sign of cold and so far it seems to have worked.....and I childmind young grandchildren every week. It’s the best winter I’ve had in years. Hope I’m not speaking too soon!

Otherwise be sure you’re getting at least five a day fruit/veg.....harder than it sounds!

I take much of the above and am also paranoid about touching door handles, escalator hand rails etc. I keep my gloves on as much as possible, and have got very adept at getting out of public conveniences with the minimum use of my hands! All in all I've had my best winter for years health-wise.

I take the full vitamin B complex it helps the liver and kidneys to function and used along side vit C should help protect you
