Hello, quick question for the many experienced on this forum! Should a mains powered nebuliser go into hold or cabin luggage? Not travelled with all this stuff before so a little wary!
Thank you,
Deb

It is advisable that they go with you in the cabin in case your luggage gets lost. You will have to contact your airline though, as many of them will give you extra allowance so you can store extra in the cabin. Any liquid nebules need to be in see through plastic bags in their original pharmacy containers. Advisable too to have a letter from your doctor. Have you thought of asking if you feel you need it for assistance - quite often there is quite a distance to travel to the plane. You need to speak to your airline though as they do vary.

I agree with cofdrop. I usually get an extra carry on allowance for the neb and show it to them at security. I put the meds into the suitcase and the battery if I am taking it.
Thank you for taking time to reply, it’s clear there’s lots I need to work out!
