Anyone on here get regular pains which feels like wind. I say wind because it seems to move around.
Might be a daft wuestion but in my experience the only dart one is the one not asked when you have COPD + HBP and taking Anticoagulant

I take Gaviscon but if I get bad trapped wind in my back I also take a windeze tablet or bisodol is good too.
I take Gaviscon when I fee;l the discomfort start in my chest and wake up with it in my neck and under my chin. It feels everything like the symptoms I have heard describing a heart attack. Quite scary in the night but Gaviscon always helps. I am also on Riveroxaban and antibiotics 3 times a week and a host of other meds and inhalers.
I had those symptoms, was rushed to A and E, told I was having a heart attack, and after months of tests it was diagnosed as silent reflux/ hernia.
I remember being terrified when I got the pain in my jaw and 2 years later I have never been given anything near resembling an explanation.
Quite bizarre.
One tip a dr gave me was to drink a glass of water when the pain started in the chest/neck/ jaw. If it goes away it is not a heart related problem.
Small help I know but it is re assuring.
