Nasal drip

I have broncisticis but lately have had a constant cough and feel something is trickling down my throat. I have heard of a nasal drip. Can i get things over the counter for this or is it another visit to doctor x

I would suggest a sinus rinse (it's a saline solution so no harsh chemicals). Get the Neilmed sinus rinse starter kit as it comes with the bottle. Read the instructions and make sure you clean it with coole boiled water and use Luke warm previously boiled water to do it. It's easy and is the best way to clear out your nose, ENT's recommend it, use it morning and night, then after give your nose a good blow.

Also for use during the day Sterimar is great, just a saline cleanser that helps clean your nose.

I would try those things for a few weeks and see if it helps, as abs won't help post nasal drip. If it's still not getting better go to the GP and ask for an ENT referral.

Oh and also, you can buy these things from Amazon, they're a bit cheaper on there.

I have this problem, it's feels at times like my nose is constantly running. I mentioned this to my consultant and he told me not to use my oxygen as much.
