oxygen supplier and electric refunds

I use oxygen for 15 hours a day. Sometimes more and am supplied by Baywater Health. Until recent, they were an ok company. But alarming changes have been made. My last electric refund for was nothing. I complained and was told it would be raised by their electric team. Nothing has happened yet. When checking my statement I find one machine missing on the calculation, with that machine not being read since April. Anyone else had any problem with their refunds ? Or even Baywater in general?

Hi

Do have you payments deducted from you bill, ( can take upto six months ) or paid directly into your account.

Not confident about the system of metre reading. Twice yearly, twice guessing.

I’m only on Ambulitory so don’t have those problems as yet.

Hi, i'm with Dolby Visio. Never had a problem. I send in the readings to them and they pay money directly to my bank account. Last time it was almost £30.00 The machines are serviced every six months and the engineer also reads the meters on them.

I haven’t been on oxygen very long. I have had one refund directly into my account. I did have an empty ambulatory cylinder delivered though.

Most unusual I am with BOC and never have a problem with being refunded every quarter. You need to just really keep on at them until they cave in and get it sorted.
