There are Salt caves in places on the Uk, you can google them, quite a few in London and south east.
Good for allergies, sinus, COPD asthma etc.

No I don't know about it till I passed one tokay but I thought I'd maybe try it out in Easter holidays and when my surgery has totally healed. I'm intrigued about it and the reviews sound good. I'm all for more natural type remedies or at least giving them a chance
