Wheezing and crackling!

Oh my I’m dealing with this right now happens to me once or 2 a year. I’ve been told it’s nothing!! Must not be to bad. What has helped me is lemon honey lots of it and warm. Gargle with salt warm water killl the bug!! I’m going to see if this works again it’s so annoying... prayers to all❤️🤗

Are the noises caused by phlegm on your lungs I wonder. You could try to cough it up by doing Active Cycle of Breathing (lots on YouTube).

i to am getting this at the moment when i do cough nothing seems to shift
