I have. C o p d. Whot can I do to get it back to nomil. If u can. I allso have asma. So cuffing a lot at the min chesty. Steroids antibiotics. Dont seem to do the job. Any hints. Xxxxxxxxxxx for u all. Karen's

Hi, Karen. I have COPD too - can't get things back to how I used to be, but am managing to stay the same and not get worse, by healthy eating, exercise and avoiding infections. If you're in the UK do ask your GP to refer you to pulmonary rehab, where you'll learn more about your condition and improve your fitness. All the best for the new year, and hope your infection clears up really soon.

Hi Have had a similar Christmas, been on antibiotics & steroids over the whole period, had this sort of period before when it took 3 doses of antibiotics to get the chest clear Unfortunately COPD doesn't go away so try not to do anything to encourage it. Don't smoke, get & keep fit with exercise, then keep it up.
