This is from a newsletter I get regularly and am passing on for your perusal and information only....; you may have to search the site for the subjects listed below.....;
Didn't realize that..., oh well..., it's a well respected informational site on all sorts of medical matters..., never been sorry I started their newsletter.
CoQ10 ......Hi Duncan trawling through some old post and noticed your article about it ...... just wondered do you still take it .... do you feel it's as effective . Would love to know the long term effects.
Thanks for noticing, Pegbl....; at this point in my recovery 5 years on, it's difficult to tell which of the various medicines/treatments have had 'what' effect but I can certainly attest that I'm better now than I was last year at this time.
CoQ10 is something I started years ago and I DO know that the Qunol 'Mega' is the more potent and that when I've missed a few doses I can 'feel' it; whether that's purely psychosomatic or not, I have no idea but all of the things I do or ingest have been things I've researched and read up on considering all of the pros and cons.
Just as important is the exercise I get first thing every morning within an hour or so of dragging my tired old butt outta the sack. It's not much, but I toddle in the dark up to my worse off 81 year old neighbor's to get her paper outta the front ditch and take it to her porch where it's easier for her to get with her pick up stick. Then I stumble back home taking time behind a bush to relieve my kidneys and practice my pursed lip breathing all the while.
Well that certainly make for interesting daily exercise lol 😂
I to am on a mixture of different vitamins, exercise an diet as you says who knows which ones are doing better than others .... only know they ar not making me worse. Just wondered on the effects of CoQ10 .... but as long as your keeping well on your regime then that's great.
Don't get me wrong..., I have 'official' pulmonary exercise therapy sessions twice a week as well..., but no bushes behind which to relieve my 75 year old kidneys....
Hi Dmactds I briefly looked at this, didn`t go into any detail but I saw a statement that really resonated with me and I won`t forget it. It was "Palliative care is about the life that`s left not the end of life." Sheila x
