Hi everyone hope someone can help my copd has been playing up for over a month I’ve had antibiotics and been on steroids for a month on reduced weekly but I get a bit better then I’m back down the next I have a pain under my left boob it hurts when I breathe it’s like a pressure iv been in hospital three times since July

Hi, Pugs4love. I get soreness in the same place when I've been pushing my lungs further than they can go - it's just the intercostal muscles stretching too much: my GP confirmed it, and an osteopath showed me how to massage some of the soreness away. I avoid it now by making sure I used Ventolin before doing anything strenuous.

But that's a different situation to yours. So keep seeing your doctor and check with him what it might be.

Hi hope you’re ok I have been noticing that every time my chest gets bad it never fully recovers is it like that for everyone my chest is making it hard for me to do every day tasks doctors tell me I’m on all the treatment but I’m still struggling ?

Do you still have an infection now?
