Are you taking CDB Oil? If so, could you please let me know how you are getting on with it. I have COPD and thinking about taking it but I would like to know how other people are finding it. Does it help with breathing?

Yes I have been taking it fir about 6 months and it’s helped me lots , don’t get me wrong it’s not a miracle cure , it helps me cough up sputum very easily in the mornings and I seem to be able to breathe in without restriction. I get mine from a copd group in Facebook , not expensive and u can get a sample first off. Everybody in the group rates it far better than Holland and Barrett and other internet shops

Hi shellc, am I right, is this £85 for 10ml, I dont think this is inexpensive, but if you can afford it it is a much stronger dose which I think would be much more beneficial. I do take it sometimes when my arthritis is bad.

Yes I use a CBD tinture. It doesn’t really do anything immediately tho. It works well as an anti inflammatory w/o side effects on stomache. The one I use is somewhat expensive but I do have the advantage of it be much more readily available, I also can choose the taste since CBD isn’t really too yummy it tastes like earth. If you’ve ever had wheat grass juice it’s a lot like that. For pain relief it needs to be in a mixed tinture of CBD to THC ratio. The CBD has to be used regularly to get any real results. My sister has a bad hip and she uses it topically-swears it’s helping. I haven’t been coughing lately so that’s enough in and of itself for me to give it a thumbs up, the morning Tai Chi chest opening movements I give a great deal of credit to as well. Whatever works and combining things I feel helps. My inhalers just weren’t workin anymore and all the powdery ones I just dislike too much so thwy’re out and alternative meds are my personal choice. Everybody’s different to each their own I don’t know if it will or won’t work for you but it’s surely worth a try it DEFINEATELY won’t hurt you I’m certain of that. Good luck.
