Hi everyone it's me Six1 had a lost in my family my oldest brother died he was 49 long battle with diabetes high blood pressure kidney disease we found that he wasn't taking bp meds he had a stroke at the brain People take your meds! On top of that he had no insurance it's going to be hard but GOD will make a way...,

BP is a silent illness and many people don't realise how important it is to take their medication.

Pity he was not monitored by someone. I been on BP tabs many years sca habit now taking them after Breakfast.
