" Hello to everyone. I've have been reading this article while sitting in my garden.. with my Beautiful Border Collie, Nell....And I have found it really interesting.. so thought I'd add the link for you all to read too. My Friend told me about the benefit's of taking Magnesium. She suffers with asthma and as been taking Magnesium now for over 6 months... She says it really as opened up her airways..So I'm going to give it a go. Nothing ventured. Nothing gained.... I cleared with my Matron... she said it wont effect any off my daily medication....Hoping your all having a lovely week...Megan...."

Thanks Megan. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and do think there's a change for the better. There have been other posts about magnesium and I know a few people are trying it. We'll have to have a little research group!.

Hope you and Nell are good. Sue x

It was jarc13 who posted about Magnesium and COPD. There was quite a bit of interest. The sites I've looked at on Google are about research which shows it helps with breathing in exacerbations, given IV. I've got one at the moment, bxxxer it, and I'm only on one tablet a day but my breathlessness has been a lot worse than it is now. It's worth a try. Sue x

Good luck - please let us know you go with it. I have read about this but my husband refuses to take anymore supplements!!! Have a lovely day xx

Thanks Megan, I've been thinking about trying magnesium after reading previous posts. Is tablet form ok to take from say, Boots or health food shops? What dose to take?

Thanks & keep well 💐
