think our hospital is not to good ..

Not a good time for you, hope you feel better soon.

Yes,I have heard people complain of being discharged to soon, seems a bit futile, when having to be admitted again!

Take care,hugs Wen xxx

thank you i will try ..

What generally happens here is they are very keen to get patients out of the main hospital and if they are not fit enough to go home yet they get sent to a little local hospital. x

They've been closing our community hospitals down in south Cheshire, so there is hardly any step down care between hospital and home now around here.

Hi Artpats, sorry to hear you've been unwell. I was in hospital a couple of weeks ago for 5 days. I had an exacerbation & was given the best care possible. The doctor asked me if I felt ready to go home & if I wasn't I had to say when I felt well enough.

I live in Scotland & have always found the healthcare to be marvellous in my hospital & GP surgery.

Hope you recover soon but if you are struggling to get well, don't hesitate in telling your GP. 🌺

Hi artpats I also was in for 7days but came home to the care of the home respiratory team who came in every day for the first few days then twice a week gradualy it tailed off as I got better. I don't know if this can be done in all areas mine is the West Midlands. Whilst in there care they can also get you re-admitted straight back onto the respiratory ward without the need for Doctor and A@E. I hope you feel better soon take it slowly.
