I don't use ventolin hun, I use Terbutaline so I wouldn't like to say really. Hopefully someone will be along who nebs vent. The only other folks I can think of on Sunday eve is either 111 or you could 'phone a respiratory ward at your local hospital for advice, as it sounds as though you are struggling right now.

Hi, I use Combivent in my nebuliser which contains Salbutamol. If your chest is so tight that you need to use your nebuliser so soon, please ring 111 for advice if you live in the uk. They will check and will advise you on the next step to take.

Ring 111, straight away.....if you are really struggling and have difficulty speaking 999

Just another thought hun - an all night chemist - they will check out your other medication too. As knitter says if you are having problems stringing a sentence together ring 999.

Depends on what is in it. Albuteral can cause your heart to race. Be a good idea to check with a medical person and tell them which medication you are using. I have just added a little distilled water to help a bit when I feel I am not breathing as good as usual.

Hi again Stephane, if you have been struggling all day, you really should ring 111 for advice if you are in the UK...it's best to get it sorted before you go to bed.

Hi Stephne,I use ventolin nebs.It probably won,t do you any harm. But if you need to use it so soon you,re obviously having problems.Like others have suggested you need to discuss it with a medic, try 111 or 999.Let us know how you get on,best of luck.D.
