If you are abroad and are not sure about the water you can also run the cold water over your inside of the wrist it will cool you down all over. Works in the UK too ;)

We all seem to emphasise the breathing situation which is the basic problem with us all ;but there are no helpful conversations with regard to coughing situations and the pretty uncomfortable Muccus problem.How does one control both?
