Hi all,

Yes, you are totally right in saying the colder weather plays havoc with our poor lungs! I will take a look at BLF's precautions for staying well in Winter. Regards, 🐿🥜🥜x

Heck Hanne, I certainly couldn't breathe with that over my mouth and nose!

How warm the house had been source of some conflict for me. I can't do with it warmer than 18 degrees C and always have windows slightly open, even my bedroom window at night. Hubby feels the cold though but this year is being very good as he knows I struggle with too much heat. Fortunately we have separate bedrooms now so he can have his as warm as he likes but that's not much help during the day for him!
