HI ALL.
I am on my last week of pulmonary rehab and I cannot stress highly enough just how good and informative this is, as well as the fitness regime has made me feel alive again.Don't hesitate if you are offered to go on one ,I only wish it hasn't ended but i will go onto a course for respiritory fitness and well being.
ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH YOU!!!!!! I plan on going again next year 
Hi, Finished mine last week. Would jump at a chance to go again.
Long over two years since i did mine. It was great for me and, don't know if this applies everywhere, but after two years you can do another course, so Im down to do one, probably after xmas.
I have been on two courses. Where I live you can apply again four weeks after you finish. Great course, so informative. xx
This is great news that the clinic is good, I start my first class on Tuesday and then on Friday for 6 weeks, i am looking forward to it.
I only hope is has the same effect as it did on you all

It was nice to read your story backwards ending with pulmonary rehab I have no idea what that is and I am afraid what I am thinking it is testifies to by blantant ignorance. I am changing my mindset from hiding from bad news to facing and strategizing a plan to become healthier. Your story is very incouraging.
