Hi all thanks to all of you for your positive comments and support.
Hardly any mucus this morning, not used my inhaler today, actually been in the garden doing some work.
Feeling good no chest tightness and no breathlessness, even sleeping better.

How different is it to a saline neb? Just out of interest. Hope it keeps working for you. D x
Hi Dozydoormouse, its only small would fit in your pocket ♡
Thank you, I will follow your progress a bit longer. D x
Dozy, my doctor told me that a saline nebuliser produces a lot of saline, 500 times as much as in a normal inhaler.
I had asked because people say that only ten percent is inhaled with an inhaler and a nebuliser. But a nebuliser produces lots, so even if only ten percent are inhaled, you still inhale quite a bit!
Sounds positive Btown
Keep it up and keep reporting
Just take it steady don't over exert yourself .
Sounds very positive - thanks for taking the time to let us know about your progress - am keen to log on each day to see how you're getting on.
It's great to hear your having positive results,I'm going to dig mine out of the junk cupboard I've had it quite a while before I was diagnosed with copd it's got to be worth a try .good luck btown
