Hi all thanks to all of you for your positive comments and support.

Hardly any mucus this morning, not used my inhaler today, actually been in the garden doing some work.

Feeling good no chest tightness and no breathlessness, even sleeping better.

Dozy, my doctor told me that a saline nebuliser produces a lot of saline, 500 times as much as in a normal inhaler.

I had asked because people say that only ten percent is inhaled with an inhaler and a nebuliser. But a nebuliser produces lots, so even if only ten percent are inhaled, you still inhale quite a bit!

btown, I've got a friend-neighbour like you. He's been nailing planks of woods for a huge shed, been busy at it for several days, in all this heat, pffff!
